In this work, by analyzing the current condition of the biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal process and the problems of the processes,considering the environment requirement of the biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal in general, integrating the flexible characteristic in the running of SBR process, design movement way. By controlling Influencing factor of nitrogen and phosphorus removal Such as SRT,temperature,pH, these measures can optimize the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal finally.According to the characteristic of nitrogen and phosphorus treatment in our country, the sewage (tantamount to city sewage characteristic) is confected in the lab, so the experiment and research of the effect of SBR process removing nitrogen and phosphorus can be carried on. The operation way of SBR process removing nitrogen and phosphorus through experimental identification is the following: water conned rapidly, anaerobic rotating (2.5h), aeration (8h), anoxic (3h), Aerating (20minutes),then precipitate, discharge of mud, water elimination, the cycle is 14 hours. In a typical cycle the removal mechanism of various of pollutant is analysed in this paper through the charge condition of various of pollutant in water. The conclusions about nitrogen and phosphorus removal in SBR are as follows:(1)SBR process can remove organism, on the meanwhile, it has well function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. When the consistence of COD, TP, TN, NH3-N of influent are 525.4mg/L,11.9mg/L,50.3mg/L,34.69mg/L, the consistence of effluent are 25.38mg/L,0.83mg/L,4.77mg/L,3.61 mg/L, and the rates of removal reach 95.17%,93.01%,90.52%,89.58%.(2)Through research, the HRT about nitrogen and phosphorus removal is 15d.(3)Controllingρ(DO) at 2~3 mg/L during fine oxygen, SBR processing have high function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and save energy consumption.(4)As increasing C/N, the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal can improve. when C/N reach 8, carbon source is not Restrictive factor of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
