It expounds the necessity and importance to investigate a new method of treatment of waste water of explosive in several aspects as following:the pollution intensity,the harmfulness,research conditions at home and abroad, and the disadvantages of the conventional treatment and so on.In this essay,it expounds simultaneously the origin,development conditions at home and abroad,and the merits of the TiO2 photochemical catalysis oxoprocess.It proves that it is an originality innovation and there will be an extensive market prospect if being introduced the development conditions of the TiO2 photochemical catalysis oxoprocess at home and abroad.Currently,the TiO2 photochemical catalysis oxoprocess is widely applied to the treatment of the organic pollutant although it is still in the stage of trial experiment.No relevant report has not been revealed.So it was applied the experiment of treating analog waste water of explosive by photochemical catalysis oxoprocess with the compounded photo catalyst of TiO2/Fe2O3 which is a profitable trial for practical application.The results of study can offer theory foundation for the TiO2 photochemical catalysis oxoprocess and have technique supports for water pollution controlling.Two parts were involved in the experiment. Firstly,it was prepared the photo catalyst of loading and compounding.It was prepared the nanometer TiO2/Fe2O3 loaded the surface of the particle of brick,tile and sand in the Sol-gel process.It proves that the improved method was successful to prepare the compounded photo catalyst of TiO2/Fe2O3 on the carrier of tile and sand.Moreover,the sand is an optimal carrier due to be easily attained and processed.Secondly,the compounded photo catalyst was applied to the experiment of treating different analog waste water of explosion in order to study the different treatment effect of different explosion.It was studied the efficiency of the degradation and CODCrof the TNT and RDX waste water in different factors and different levels in the single factor and orthogonal experiments.At the same time,the contents of different components in the compounded photo catalyst of TiO2/Fe2O3 were to be accounted.Conclusions came as following:(1)The subject is very sensible on being treated the waste water of explosive.it proved that the experiment of treating analog waste water of explosive by photochemical catalysis oxoprocess with the compounded photo catalyst of TiO2/Fe2O3 which is a profitable trial for practical application.(2)The technical route is feasible on being treated the waste water of explosive.It is successful that the experiment of analog waste water of explosive was treated by photochemical catalysis oxoprocess with the compounded photo catalyst of TiO2/Fe2O3 which proves the technical route is feasible.(3)The best reaction factors of TNT came as follows,the experiments was to study the efficiency of the degradation and CODCrof the TNT waste water,pH is 3,the fit reaction time is 4 hours,the volume of 10%H2O2 is 1.5mL,and the times of loaded Fe2O3 is 2 times.(4)The best reaction factors of RDX came as follows,the experiments was to study the efficiency of the degradation and CODCrof the RDX waste water,pH is 3,the fit reaction time is 2 hours,the volume of 10%H2O2 is 1.5mL,and the times of loaded Fe2O3 is 2 times.(5)It proved that the most important reaction factor is pH,which influenced the efficiency of degradation and CODCrof the TNT and RDX waste water in the process of photochemical catalysis oxoprocess.It was concluded that the best mole ratio of Fe2O3 to TiO2 is 3 to 4 in the compounded photo catalyst of TiO2/Fe2O3,in which the content of TiO2 is 1.2%,and Fe3O2 is 0.8%.(6)It proved that photochemical catalysis oxoprocess of TiO2/Fe2O3 was successful in treating the waste water of TNT and RDX,and the final water sample reaches the national level of discharging the standard.The results proved that the experiment of the waste water of explosive treated by using the compounded photo catalyst of TiO2/Fe2O3 was successful. It will propitiously improve the skills of scientific research on-the treatment of industry waste water,and enhance the basic researches and practical application of the photochemical catalysis oxoprocess.
