A flood of pollutants are still on the way to the aqueous system which of course cause the polluted condition bad to worse. At the same time,with the development of technology ,the water source of dispatching of cross-drainage area has become more and more, and sudden-happened pollution events has become increasingly common with the accident of industrial product and other reasons. Therefore, the quality of water sources is threatened severely.At the same time, with the living standard advancing, people demand more and more about the water quality. So the number of the indices of water quality is getting bigger and the limit value of every entry is becoming more and more strict. Conventional drinking water treating process still prevails in China. It is possible that there are still some deleterious materials after conventional drinking water treatment, which can not meet the new quality of water standard.Based on the mass conservation principle, The forecasted models of suspend grain in the conventional drinking water treatment have been concluded; Also, The model of heavy metal pollutant purification by conventional process were established according to superficial complexation (adsorption) theory and mass conservation principle, and the analysis about health risk of heavy metal pollutant in purified water by conventional process were done, the controlling method of craft adjusts to reducing the health risk were carried out, and the selection principle of the purification process which based on the health risk in foundation of the established model were proposed.The research shows that heavy metal pollutant can be purified partly by the conventional process, but health risk still exists when the parameters of conventional craft can not be suitable for its of purification of heavy metallic pollutant, this health risk can be reduced efficiently by the methods just like that adjusting the value of pH reasonably ,changing the kinds and formulations of coagulant, and regulating the filtration rate, etc. The purification project to make turbidity and heavy metal pollutant to achieve the standard synchronously by adjusting the parameters of conventional craft should be adopted firstly, and depth treatment should be consider if health risk would not be avoid by adjust the parameters of conventional craft, when raw water is polluted by heavy metal pollutant. |
