The first chapter:Chemistry is one central science which can satisfy the social need, the catalysis chemistry is one of very important fields in the chemical science.Research progress of the metal phosphates and new progress in the organic catalysis aspect were summarized in this chapter.Reaction principales of Knoevenagel condensation,Michael addition, synthesis of propyl acetate and so on,as well as the new progress of catalyst research were introduced. Then the mentality and the significance of this topic research were described. The second chapter:The porous material zinc cobalt sodium phosphate was successfully synthesized via solid-state reaction at low heating temperature, its chemical formula(Na6[Co0.2Zn0.8PO4]6·9H2O)was determined through the X- ray powder diffraction, and characterized by IR,TG-DTA,TEM.The uniform design plan and the data mining technology were used in the experiments, corresponding math model was established, and the synthesis optimum condition was also discussed. The third chapter:The catalytic activities of zinc cobalt sodium phosphate and zinc sodium phosphate on the Knoevenagel condensation reaction were studied in this chapter, and the product was characterized by GC-MS,IR.The experiments showed that the zinc cobalt sodium phosphate and the zinc sodium phosphate had certain catalytic activities on the reaction of benzaldehyde and ethyl cyanoacetate, and the yield respectively achieved 30.3%, 81.1%.The fourth chapter:The layered material zinc lithium phosphate was successfully synthesized via solid-state reaction at low heating temperature, its chemical formula(LiZnPO4·H2O)was determined through the X- ray powder diffraction, and characterized by IR,TG-DTA,TEM.The uniform design plan and the data mining technology were used in the experiment, corresponding math model was established, and the synthesis optimum condition was also discussed. The fifth chapter:The catalytic activities of zinc lithium phosphate on the Michael addition reaction were studied in this chapter, and the product was characterized by GC-MS, IR,1H-NMR.The experiment showed that zinc lithium phosphate had no evidence catalytic activity on reaction of ethyl acetoacetate and acrylonitrile,But zinc lithium phosphate supported on KF had catalytic activity. The disubstitued product was obtained, and the yield was 81.8%.The sixth chapter:The propyl acetate is the important organic industrial chemicals. The catalytic activity of cerium ammonium phosphate prepared via solid-state reaction at low heating temperature on esterification was investigated. The experiment results indicated that solid catalyst(NH4)2Ce(PO4)2·H2O/SO42-gotten,with Cerium Ammonium phosphate directly soaked by Sulfuric, has the very good catalytic activity, the esterification yield is 98.7%.The catalyst has many advantages, for example no corrosion to the facilities, high esterification yield, reusable, simplified operation, and less pollution. The uniform design plan and the data mining technology were used in the experiment, corresponding math model was established, and the synthesis optimum condition was also discussed.
