With the development of economic, the process of industrialization and modernization has speeded up, the emission of industrial exhaust gas has been increased, pollution has become more and more serious. With the stronger environmental consciousness of the pollution, polluting more attention by the people .The electrostatic precipitator for a high efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint ,can be handled opium gas widely used in gas ,and other characteristics of electricity, metallurgy, building materials, oil and other industries.This paper has based on dual-core CPU for the integration of high and low voltage electrostatic precipitator controller integration, the design of rational design, function better. The use of dual-processor technology, in addition to solving the bottleneck problem of system hardware, but also meet the requirements of real-time systems, and improves system performance, enhanced product removal efficiency. At the same time automation technology, the application of computer technology to achieve the electrostatic precipitator remote monitoring and improve the management level, the saving of human capital, enhanced the competitiveness of the products.This paper has based on ESP principle, this paper introduces a single-chip microcomputer based on the integration of high and low voltage electrostatic precipitator controller design. This paper introduces the high and low voltage electrostatic precipitator controller integration of hardware and software design, realization process. The control system to double SST89E554 MCU for dual-core , together with the output signal conditioning circuit , the output control circuit parameters and fault detection circuitry , as well as instructions protection circuit . In automatic mode, the control system through the conditioning circuit to the main loop current, voltage parameters, in combination with sparks tracking control , peak tracking control , control stage restoration methods to control trigger pulse output to regulate SCR on-kok, to the dust collector voltage between electrodes regulation so as to achieve closed-loop control . In manual mode, the boost can be achieved manually, open-loop control to achieve. In addition , the control system was designed CAN bus communication interface , the control panel can be realized with PC communications , in order to achieve real-time monitoring of the controller , have centralized management control of the decentralized control purposes .
