The research was to study the efficiency and factors impacting of removal Reactive Brilliant Blue X-BR anions from Simulated wastewater by layer double hydroxide synthesized in situ. Most experiments are focus on those aspects as follows: discusse the influence of initial concentration, pH value, temperature, Mg/Al ratio for the Mg2+ and Al3+ co-precipitates reaction; Such analysis instruments as XRD,FT-IR and TEM were adopted to discuss the mechanism of Reactive Brilliant Blue X-BR adsorption onto LDH .Also The removal efficiency of Reactive Brilliant Blue X-BR onto LDO was studied utilizing unique "memory effect" of LDH in this paper, Most experiments are focus on those aspects as follows: initial concentration, pH value, adsorbing temperature, calcining temperature and surging speed. The result shows:(1) Results of the experiments indicate that best experimental condition to remove Reactive Brilliant Blue X-BR from wastewater is pH value 9, Mg/Al ratio 3, temperature 30℃, time of reaction is 2h. In this condition the removal rate of Reactive Brilliant Blue X-BR can amounts up to 96%. intensity of diffraction peak of LDH synthesized in situ is high, crystallization and layered structural characterization is good, the nanometer micro- crystals show layered structural characterization. The influence of initial concentration, pH value, temperature, Mg/Al ratio for the Mg2+ and Al3+ co-precipitates reaction are remarkable.(2) The influence of pH value and calcining temperature is remarkable, when value is around 7 and calcining temperature is around 600℃, the removal rate of Reactive Brilliant Blue X-BR can amounts up to 97.88%. XRD patterns of adsorption of Reactive Brilliant Blue X-BR on LDO appers the characteristic diffraction peak of LDH.it shows that LDO is cameback to be LDH.
