The germ of rice is rich in protein, fattiness, dissoluble sugar, many kinds of vitamins and microelements such as kalium, calcium and zinc. When the germ-remained rate after whitening is above 80 percent, and rice accords with the grade normal, it is called"germ-remained rice". At present, research of late-model germ-remained rice whitener is a pop thesis of the domain of whitening machine. In China, the research of germ-remained rice whitener is just in the underway phase. The technology is still faultiness and short of technologic parameters that has instructional value for actual production. Therefore, it has important significance to study new type of whitening technology and design germ-remained rice whitener for Chinese rice process industry. Base on these, this test combines the whitening technology in China and oversea countries, fathom the technologic parameters which influence the process of germ-remained rice. This dissertation quests for the change law of process technology that influenced by these parameters, optimize them to suit the process of germ-remained rice. This test expects to offer some reference data for the further study and actual production in the future. The major contents and results include the following three aspects:1. Designed a germ-remained rice whitener in order to test. The test designed the main parts of the machine, and counted the main technologic parameters that influence the process of germ-remained rice. It confirmed the rev of roller, the obliquity of veins and gap of the whitening room to be the elements. It fixed on the germ-remained rate, the broken adding rate and the output to be the estimate targets.2. The test confirmed the bound of each element is 720 revolutions per minute to 1097 revolutions per minute, 1degree to 15 degrees, 8.3 millimeters to 11.7 millimeters. It used the orthogonal experiments of rotation assemblage of two times, educed the mathematics models and change curves to explain how those elements affect the targets. The test did F test, optimize, frequence analyse, single element's analyse and two elements'analyse. The frequence analyse indicated that the germ-remained rate is high when the rev of roller is near 900 revolutions per minute. But the broken adding rate and the output is low here. In the bound of the test values, the germ-remained rate reduces when the obliquity of veins ascends, and it ascends when the gap of whitening room ascends. The broken adding rate ascends when the obliquity ascends, and it reduces when the gap of whitening room ascends. Otherwise, the output had a small quantity of increase when the gap of whitening room ascended. 3. The test indicated that rev of roller, obliquity of veins and gap of the whitening room are main elements that affect those targets, and each element has alternation effect. The test indicated that the excellent value of each targets are(876 revolutions per minute,1 degree,11.7 millimeters), (1068 revolutions per minute,1 degree,11.7 millimeters), (1068 revolutions per minute,1 degree,11.7 millimeters).4. The test founded an integrated assessing equation and set the scale values for each target. Then it figured out a set of excellent technologic parameters. The result indicated that the excellent parameter combination is 948 revolutions per minute, 0.86degree and 11.2 millimeters. The test validated this result. It indicated that these technologic parameters reflect the fact. So this test has instructional significance to the design and production of germ-remained rice whitener.
