Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) De-NOx in power plant is nowadays the most effective De-NOx technics at home and abroad. Material Calculation in SCR plays an important role in De-NOx technics.It is very important to found a well mathematical model and get an exact material calculation for the system of De-NOx and the whole set.On the base of analysis in thermodynamics and chemical dynamics of SCR De-NOx reaction, the paper found the mathematical model by complex reaction dynamics and the parameter of thermodynamics. And programme the calculating soft for SCR material calculation by computer language. This soft is able to use in power plant and instruct the SCR De-NOx material balance.Two 300MW sets,as a calculation object, is studied to calculate the material in De-NOx on different work contents.The result of this model calculation has a well-done meaning in engineering, compared to the matured model abroad.
