The Study Of Thermal Performance Of System Of Epoxide/cyanate

In this dissertation, we studied various ratio of reaction system of epoxide/ cyanate/Co caprilate. we studied the influence of the time, the group and accelerant of the gel experiments. Then ,we measure the thermal distortion temperature by adopted orthogonal experiment to solidity every sample in different time and temperature. Considering thermal performance, cost, processing performance and so on, we chose the more suitable recipe and got the epoxide/ cyanate/ fibre glass prepreg. We measure the performance of moisture-proof, heat resisting and the mechanics performance in the condition of moisture and heat. This material would be used in cover of radar, printed-worked board and so on. In addition, the various of performance would measured by DSC, infrared analyse and other experiment.
