In this paper, the condensate water which is from hydrogen production aromatic hydrocarbon combination plant in Yangtze of China Petrochemical Company was studied. TP water was treated and reused for circulating water and waterfeed of the boiler in aromatic hydrocarbon combination plant, with a view to attaining energy and emission reduction targets.TP water can be directly added to the circulating water system of aromatics hydrocarbon combination plant for recycling after inhibitor or a dilute solution of ammonia water was added to adjust pH 8.0 to 9.0.TP water was used for waterfeed of the boiler in aromatic hydrocarbon combination plant, we studied the treatment methods of activated carbon adsorption, ozone oxidation, wastewater COD can not be reduced to 20 mg/L, so it difficult to achieve industrialization. The electricity floats was used to treat TP water, the experimental study whether iridium electrode and titanium electrodes are used to treat, the treatment efficiency of wastewater are general. Only on the condition of high reaction voltage and temperature, long reaction time and many electrode plates, we can generally achieve the desiered treatment efficiency that wastewater COD will be reduced to 20 mg/L, But justly because these conditions, we found it difficult to achieve industrialization. The experimental study indicated catalytic oxidation SA is suitable to be used to treat TP water, the optimum conditions of fixed bed catalytic oxidation technology for the condensate wastewater treatment: if the condensate wastewater was treated through the catalyst bed which flow volume of about 350 mL, weighing about 187.3g, bed packing density of about 0.53 g/cm~3, high-ratio is about 15, reaction temperature is about 50℃, flow rate is less than 84 ml/h and inputting little air, removal of the COD of the effluent water is over 80% and attain to our research goals.
