The reputation,image in market and sales of corporation is passive effect due to the corrosion of the appearance of reinforcing steel bar, it is a negative effect on the corporation's development.Target the problem, it is planned to use the technique of hindering rusting——'instant high temperatures, transform to film', namely put the film former in cooling water, let the reinforcing steel bar reaction with film former in instant high temperatures and form film which is dense and high corrosion resistance, as a result, the corrosion resistance of reinforcing steel bar is enhanced, slow down the corrosion of reinforcing steel bar. The technique is simple ness, don't need to adjust production procedure, which can enhance the corrosion resistance of reinforcing steel bar under ensure success ional produce, and enhance the quality of production and market competition ability of corporation.Analyses the relationship of the chemical composition of reinforcing steel bar and corrosion resistance of reinforcing steel bar with canonical correlation analysis by SAS software, the experimental results indicate that chemical composition play essential function to corrosion resistance of reinforcing steel bar, corrosion resistance is decided by comprehensive chemical compositions, not decided by few chemical compositions.The experiment designed a micrometer probe for investigating atmosphere corrosion, use this probe test corrosion behaviors of reinforcing steel bar in thin electrolyte film, adopt Ecorr and EIS technique.Comparison and analysis of untreated film and treated film, the experimental results indicate that corrosion resistance of reinforcing steel bar can be improved conspicuously by adopting the technique of hindering rusting. As concentration of single chemical composition film former is 100mg/L, the corrosion resistance of reinforcing steel bar preferably generally, but corrosion resistance was decreased as concentration of single chemical composition film former was too high. Of which zinc sulfate and sodium molybdate is the best effect, the tiptop Rp is 6960·cm~2, which can increase around 7 times compared with untreated film (Rp is 1109·cm~2). But corrosion resistance of reinforcing steel bar increased not prominence use film former of calcium nitrate,sodium carbonate,sodium nitrite and sodium benzoate.Adopt weighted simplex method, ingredient optimization with the three film former which are zinc sulfate,sodium phosphate and sodium molybdate, through 7 times optimization lapse, the tiptop response value is 8944?·cm2, compared with untreated film, the corrosion resistance increased about 9 times; Compared with the best single chemical composition film former, the corrosion resistance increased about 30%. Proved the complex optimization effect conspicuously on enhance the corrosion resistance.Comparison and analysis of untreated film and treated film's SEM and EDS, it is obvious that the untreated film's surface has a lot of defects, the film is composed of looseα-Fe O , so the film is corrupted easily and rusty layer formed rapidly; opposite that treated film's surface compact and uniform microstructure, analyzed the 2 3chemical composition of film, shows that contain high corrosion resistance substance, like Fe2(MoO4 ) 3,Zn3 (OH) 2 (MoO4 )2 etc. So film surface morphologies and chemical composition proved that technique can conduce to increase corrosion resistance of reinforcing steel bar. Proved the technique of hindering rusting is feasible completely.
