Friction stir welding (FSW) has a large of advertise in the alloy aluminum welding as a solid welding technology. The temperature field simulation is the premise to analysis the various parameters, welding defects, microstructure and performances.This article is mainly simulate and analysis the temperature distribution and characteristics of FSW using ANSYS. And I am establish the friction stir welding heat input model, useing the dynamic coordinate system with the tools. In light of actual conditions, I assumpt the welding conditions and boundary conditions,and give the welding heat input power formulas.An important aspect of this paper is FSW thermal process simulation and alalysis. In the paper, I simulate the FSW temperature field on the LY12 and 7075 two sheets of aluminum and aluminum alloy plate LD10. In the both alloy sheets simulation analysis, the paper is analysis frome the friction coefficient is not changed and its changed with the temperature. LD10 aluminum alloy plate is using the unchanged coefficient of friction welding conditions of temperature field for analysis. We can reach the different location, different nodes and different time temperature curve and concluded the laws. I focus on an analysis of 7075 sheets of aluminum and plate LD10 welded joints of the organizational structure, obvercise the various regional organizations structure and temperature distribution of the relations.Dissimilar plate welding is new issues in FSW. In light of the actual situation and the welding requirements, I give the dissimilar plate welding using friction stir welding in the paper. I simulate and analysis of mutant hot plate welding process. This paper analysis of the differences species plate temperature distribution in order to two different aluminum alloy plate and aluminum alloy and steel products. At the same time, I give the welding heat input model and boundary condituons different form the same plate welding, and come to the plate welding dissimilar special temperature distribution. Similarly, I also give the detailed description to the aluminum and steel of friction stir welding about the joint organizational structure and form. We can see the good test of friction stir welding of dissimilar metals superiority.According to this paper, we can know using the friction stir welding technology to weld the aluminum alloy and dissimilar wetals can get very good quality of the weld joint. We also get the identification and development of theory about friction stir welding process from the welding temperature field analysis.
