A kind of Hexene-1 Co-polymeric PE resin for stretch film market was developed, according to the need of market. Through research and development of special catalyst systems, exploring the production process conditions in condensation state operation , the PE resin for stretch film named DFDA-9030 was produced with gas phase fluid-bed process. The processing and performance was analysed , and compared with butane-1 copolymer PE resin named DFDA-9020.The results show that :(1) The developed of hexane-1 copolymer polyethylene catalyst is a special catalyst, which have high activity and good performance of hydrogen transfer sensitivity, and good resin particle shape , it is still necessary to further improve the performance of copolymerization catalysts to reduce consumption of Hexene-1.(2) The gas phase fluid-bed process conditions was optimized also, the high production and the piece control of DFDA-9030 was realized in the mode of condensation operation.(3) DFDA-9030 has excellent mechanical properties and a very good mechanical properties.(4) DFDA-9030 achieves the level of imported products by compared film.(5)Compared with butane PE copolymer, DFDA-9030 has higher degree of crystallinity and the melting enthalpy . The crystallization of DFDA-9030 is relatively perfect.(6) Compared with butane PE copolymer, DFDA-9030 has the smaller molecular weight, more narrow molecular weight distribution.The insertion of hexane-1 to main chain of polymer is high efficiency, and ensure the excellent performances of product.
