Research On Confucian Mansion Diet-culture And Its Tourism Development

The diet-culture appears along with human society's appearance, also is enriched and developed along with the development of human material culture and mental cultural. The Chinese people always lay stress on both enjoyment of material aspect and mastery of mental aspect when they drink and eat. The Chinese diet-culture which is broad and profound and with its own characteristic has formed just for this.Confucius said:" cooking should be as careful as better." This well-known saying has being taken for the marrow of Chinese diet-culture. From this we know, there are long historical connection between diet-culture and the hometown of Confucius. At present, as one of important categories of Chinese diet-culture, diet-culture of Confucian mansion has become a unique name card for culture industry of Qufu and famous not only in China but also in foreign countries. Because of these, the research on Confucian mansion diet-culture is broader and deeper now. Meanwhile, as the social economy's rapid development, diet-culture presents unprecedented development tendency which is rich, active, enterprising, and people pay much more attention to its function in tourism .In view of formidable attraction and influence of Confucian mansion diet-culture, this article studies Confucian mansion diet-culture and its tourism development carefully and deeply through collecting and reorganizing related material and refering to the research on Chinese diet-culture. This article enumerates Confucian mansion dishes, Confucian mansion banquet, home diet in Confucian mansion, Confucian mansion pastry, rituals and custom of Confucian mansion diet and other aspects in Confucian mansion diet-culture, and summarizes Confucian mansion diet-culture with its origin and characteristic. At the same time, taking it as a tourist resource, this article analyzes the Confucian mansion diet-culture resource and summarizes the present situation of tourism development of it. Subsequently, refering to theories of tourism development and theoretical and practical achievements of domestic and foreign diet-culture development, and connecting reality, this article concludes various problems in tourism development of Confucian mansion diet-culture, and then put forward my own Solution measures using tourist resources methodology, tourism plan methodology, and so on.The researching on the Confucian mansion diet-culture and its tourism development has great benefit to further standardizing the application of Confucian mansion diet, further pushing forward and instructing the innovation and development of Confucian mansion diet-culture, further playing significant promoting action of Confucian mansion diet-culture to tourism, and even to promoting and disseminating the Chinese diet-culture.
