Bioreactor in the past is designed depending on experience mostly, in recent years, computational fluid mechanics method is used for flow and commixture characteristic property studying of the bioreactor, the theoretical analysis for bioreactor designs having provided new method.Component first introduce the basic structure of stirring bioreactor, the model making use of border condition law in computational fluid mechanics special use software FLUENT software to carry out building structure on important reactor inner component analyses according to the characteristic stirring structure of stirring bioreactor, find that by the fact that the flow distribution analyses contrast to inside of reaction boiler, the form stirring the structure stirring an awe's within bioreactor will decide the reaction boiler inner flow distribution form , the reaction boiler geometry form will affect the material transform efficiency, survival rate of living things cell then.
