The effects of inflow fluid on main flow velocity field (pure liquid inflow from the single hole or multiple holes) in the horizontal section of perforated well was analyzed. Based on the law of conservation of mass, momentum and energy, a model was developed to calculate the pressure drop of variable mass pure liquid flow in the horizontal wellbore. Because now algorithms of computing pressure drop in horizontal well are very complicated, a new model for this is established. By computing practical examples, it is found that the model calculation process is more simple and the pressure distribution of every position in the horizontal wellbore can be calculated exactly.For some common reservior types like edge water reservior ,bottom water reservior, triaxial stable potential distribution of single or two phrase flow under particular and many perforation are fetched. By coupling the pressure drop calculation models of variable mass flow in the perforated well completion horizontal wellbore with the theory of fluid flow in the porous media, a new model to predict productivity of the horizontal well with the pressure drop was obtained. Combined theory and character of Matlab for solving large system of linear equations , computational method is optimized selected.The result from calculating three horizontal well data in Shengli Oil Field are compared with classic productivity method calculation for horizontal well and practical result. IPR for horizontal well and the character of horizontal wellbore pressure drop and the relation between horizontal well length and horizontal well production are researched. Also, the alternation regular of horizontal well production are researched by sensitivity analysis and the related models are verified.
