Development of Ultra-low permeability reservoir is a quite difficult problem, but with the development of petroleum exploration and production technologies. The development of the Ultra-low permeability reservoir has been paid more attention in recent years. This is important for stabilization of oil production in China. To forecast production of Ultra-low permeability by establishing productivity formula that considers characteristics of Ultra-low permeability reservoir is of positive significance. Previous capacity studies overlook the impact of deformation, but the stress sensitivity is strong in Ultra-low permeability reservoir, media deformation has a greater impact on the result. In order to develop Ultra-low permeability reservoir better, base on the features of Ultra-low permeability reservoir, this paper presented single-phase flow mathematical models of vertical wells, horizontal wells, fractured vertical wells and fractured horizontal wells and two-phase flow mathematical models about one-dimensional water displacing oil and adopted analysis method and numerical method to solve them respectively. Besides, it also drew Production Behavior curves under different parameters, analyzed the impact of each parameter on the production. For vertical wells, horizontal wells, and fractured horizontal wells, the paper also drew pressure behavior curves and PI curves under different parameters and analyzed the impact of various parameters on the pressure distribution and PI, meanwhile, the paper proposed a Method to determine the reasonable drawdown pressure.
