Xia Wuerhe group in No.8 Field conglomerate reservoir is an natural fracture development reservior. Because of an inferior development of each interval and well flood caused by the inclination to connect the acquifer due to serious vertical direction extension of hydraulic fracture ,it is difficult to get a satisfying effect of development .This article is aimed at the difficulties of controlling the fractured reservoir. Based on previous research, resources about geology ,well logging, gas test, well test, mini frac of the reservoir are analyzed. In addition, technologic means like using three-axis mechanics test instrument, proppant evaluation test instrument, reservoir simulation software, test software and and three-dimensional fracture simulation software are adopted, by means of which, issues of the reservior like effective permeability,naturally fractured character,triaxialrock mechanics behavior,crustal stress field(value,azimuth, vertical cut plane),reservior filtration mechanism, fractures vertical extension behavior,reasonable fracture length, flow conductivity and fracture scale and construction parameters are studied. Suggestions about improving on fracture working site are proposed. Favorable results in increasing and maintaining production are realized while well economic effect are attained when the results of this article apply to working site.
