Research on the method of comprehensive adjustment plan and practice of meticulous excavation have been developed for three years in Sazhong area, forming a set of efficient adjustment method for water drive during high water cut period. For adapting urgent need of the development of the oilfield at the present phase, the research round meticulous distinguish and excavation of the remaining oil tightly, basing on the meticulous describe of the reservoir, distributive feature of the different unit sand body and the research and analysis of the employ condition, blend the meticulous describe technology of the remaining oil, use and consummate three describe methods of the remaining oil which are experienced determine, nerve network and numerical simulation, recognize the type and distributive feature of the scattered remaining oil clearly, blend qualitative analysis of the reservoir depositional feature and productive condition and quantitative describe of regional remaining oil for the first time. The research analyse the potential of the enhance and control objectively and accurately, put forward selective criterion of measure during high hydrous and terminal development phase, optimize the measure method of excavating remaining oil, and excavate scattered remaining oil effectively.Through practice continously, we summarize a set of successful experience of recognizing remaining oil, analyzing potential, optimizing measure and evaluating effect during high water cut period.Employing this research achievement has improved the development effect.Injected water, producted liquid, decrease progressively, water cut and sleeve damage have been controlled. Enhance oil recovery further, and supply reference for improving the development effect during high water cut period of the oilfield.
