Now polymer flooding and ASP flooding has been widely popularized in oil field. But the polymer injection well plug problem is getting serious with the increasing polymer injection. Because of the using of alkaline, ASP has caused many problems such as polymer well plugged , inject pressure ascended , pump efficiency decreased and the increasing energy cost .In order to solve these problems, this topic has carried on the laboratory analysis and research on the sample brought back from the scene, and has systemic discussed the plug mechanism of polymer injection well and ASP water injection well and near well bore section alkaline plug. Based on the experiment of simulate polymer plug, the formula of polymer plug is concerned and the effect of polymer plug is estimated through the inner simulate experiment. The effect of plug removal is very distinctness. It can resume the permeability of the core to 70%.The ASP plug is used to carry out acidification experiment and get a new plug removal formula. The plug removal formula could effectively deal with the ASP plug on the laboratory simulate experiment. And the indoor core experiment was carried on to appraisal the formula, the experiment prove that this plug removal formula can resume the permeability of the core to 80%. It has a good mine promotion value.The chemistry removal plug developed in this paper because of its stable broken down effect and the flexible formula composition, may process various oil fields'different sub-area which has been plugged by polymer flooding and ASP flooding.It will have a good effect whether to use along or with others in the future.
