| Hulunbeier oilfield is explored from the 2001,by now,its oil production has become 0.5 million ton per year.Along with the growing oil product ,some new well is made and fractured,some chemicals are used in the later explore and transportation process, these chemicals including fracturing outlet liquid,clay antiswelling agent ,paraffin inhibitor, then enter into the oilfield produced water treatment system,which makes the concentration of suspended solid and the number of bacteria become big, and the character of the water become more complex, the treatment also becomes difficult. So,a study on the character of Hulunbeier oilfield and an analysis on the factors onfluencing on its character is a problem must be resolved soon.In this paper, Hulunbeier oilfield produced water is system analyzed in the lab and tested in the field.In the lab,the charater of Hulunbeier oilfield produced water is analyzed from pH,salinity,oil and suspended solid concentration,Zeta potential,oil-water interfacial elasticity,etc.The median diameter of oil droplets in the produced water is tested; the sedimentation character of the produced water is also researched. These chemicals including fracturing outlet liquid,clay antiswelling agent,paraffin inhibitor, are analyzed for their influence on the character of the produced water,by testing the suspended solid concentration,Zeta potential,oil-water interfacial elasticity of oilfield produced water in the sedimentation experiment. Two water treatment agents (A and B)are also selected.In the field test,the system function parameter of the field tester is made certain.Two water treatment agents are tested for their adding quantity and react time. The produced water treatment experiment is done in the low and high tide of well fracturing term.At the proper adding quantity of A and B,the produced water through the field tester has a better treatment effect,the water come out last achieve the standard of Daqing low permeability oilfied returning affusion.
