Research And Application On Massive Profile Control And Water Plugging Technology At High Temperature

Massive profile control and water plugging technology has been developed and applied to solve increasingly severe edge and bottom water invasion in thermal recovery block of heavy oil. Compound plugging agents are developed and injected in segments to realize massive integral plugging with low cost. The performances of profile control and water plugging agents at high temperature are tested, and the affection ingredients of are analyzed. Mechanism of profile control and water plugging agent is also discussed.In order to meet the needs of field massive injection, surface intelligent pumping system is developed to realize automatic control, automatic record of injection, and long-time and all-weather injection. Massive integral water plugging test for l6 times indicates that cumulative increased oil is 19353t, and better economic and social benefits have been achieved. And invasion of edge and bottom water has been stayed and inhibited. The integral development effect of heavy oil steam flooding block has been increased greatly.
