This paper summarizes development course of domestic fracturing fluid and existing proble Carbon Dioxide foam fracturing technique, discusses on action mechanism of increasing production of Carbon Dioxide clean foam fracturing fluid, studies on formula system of clean foam fracturing fluid composed of additives including viscoelastic surfactant VES-70, rheological agent LBJ-3, clay stabilizer A-25 etc. , research on characteristics of foaming ability and foam stability, gel forming and shearing stability, tackifying and crosslinking, rheology and viscoelastic properties, filtration and damage, gel breaking and clean up of foam fracturing fluid and effect of Carbon Dioxide acid medium for micelle foam formation and rheological property. Introduces field test condition of Carbon Dioxide foam fracturing fluid for well 1-9 in Qian Block 48 of Jilin oilfield, field test shows preparation on site of the fracturing fluid is simple, fracture height control is effective, meanwhile, with high viscosity, low filtrate loss, low operation friction, good proppant-carrying ability and low damage, rapid flowback. Stimulation effect is obvious, economic benefit is significant.
