The Returning Plugging Experiment Of Polymer Flooding Of The Secondary Oil Layer And The Research On Regulating Separate Stratum Production Technique

In order to adapt to the secondary oil layer returning needs of Sa-bei development area, it needs to make a further research on the plugging process and the regulating separate stratum production process.This paper analysis and researches the check plugging process, achieves the check plugging function of the mechanical plugging string, and can detect the sealing property of string at all times during the production process, improves the sealing reliability .At the same time, the developed step unseating packer resolves the unsetting difficulties of the homogeneous plugging string. Quantifies the history of the wellhead pressure and flow during the plugging string releasing the blockage and checking plugging, all of these provide the scientific and accurate foundation for judging the situation of string sealing, and improve the security of job execution.What is proposed in this paper is that uses the process of plugging bedding with high early strength superfine cement on which the semi-rigid additive is added, it achieves the drilling unplugging operation and resolves the reworked problems of the lower oil layer, and makes the sealing intensity and effect better.This paper analysis and researches the adjustable allocation process of the multi-layer reservoir, it provides the technical support for regulating separate stratum production of the commingled producing well after returning by means of developing the application of adjustable bottom hole regulator in 2-3 interval.
