With the development of the society and the population increased, the emission of non-doxycyclined domestic sewage became the one of the important problems. There are so many urbans sprawling in China, which is of bad economic level and the management level backward. An innovative, low energy consumption and management wastewater treatment technology is highly needed.Constructed wetland is such one. It is of low investment, low operation cost, low demands of the administration, less surplus sludge production. Contemporary, this article does some reseach on the gradation of the anti-seepage substrate, avoids the abuse of the non-removal effection on the traditional wetlands. At the same time, the use of lightweight ceramsite also avoids the blocking of soil substrate, and also can increase the surface area for microbial activities. The test included design and startup of reactor, under normal temperature researching the relatship between treatment effect and operation charcter and relative parameter that using the congstructed wetland treatment the municipal wastewater.1,under conditions of the same inlet water quality and the hydraulic loading, as fly ash, cinder, hollow brick were mixed with the volume ratio of 3:1:1, the removal effect of the COD, TN, NH4+-N was the best, the best removal ratio were 47.8%,81.9%,93.5%, respectively. As fly ash, cinder, hollow brick were mixed with the volume ratio of 1:1:3, the removal effect of the TP was the best, and the best removal ratio was 86.0%. The substrate and its combination selected in this study had no significant effect on NO3--N.The volume ratio of 3:1:1 mixed with the fly ash, cinder, and hollow brick was most suitable for the constructed wetland substrate combination to treat domestic sewage. 2,Under the condition of 14.36~24.21℃and acclimatization plants, startup constructed wetland system by flowing into tap water and municipal sewage is feasible during the startup process, accelerated startup process is feasible in the way of steeping down the hydraulic restate time(HRT) to bring up organic volume load, further to promote micro-organism growth and reproduction.The hydraclic delay time (HRT) is a main factor witch affects the result of treatment. Commonly, the treantment result of constructed wetland get batter as the HRT become longer.3,The three stages cascading constructed wetland has good effect on town domestic wastewater treatment. After running HRT2 day and HRT 3 day, the effluent concentration of CODcr are 96.9mg/L and 52.0mg/L. It satify the (the Shandong local standar DB37/599-2006) CODcr100mg/L. The removal of SS are 96.46%,97.19%;removal of TN are 63.17%,64.77%;removal of NH4+-N are 77.289%,85.918%。4,Continous running HRT2d and HRT3d both have good removal effect on the domestic wastewater. The HRT2 result 43.81% has better removal rate than HRT3d 35.635%, since The HRT3 result on CODcr,NH4+-N removal rate than HRT2d. HRT2d and HRT3d has no significant difference on removal of SS,TN.5,In the conditions of using ceramsite as a filler of the constructed wetland bed, Taian local plants such as bulrush, cockspur grass and canna, can get used to the constructed wetland quickly and grow well in different sewage concentration, they can be the plants in the constructed wetland. Water hyacinth cannot get used to high concentration sewage while grows well in middle or low concentration, so it can be plant in middle or latter section.
