The energy consumption of the PCCU process drives is twenty five percents of the all energy consumption of the refinery. It's energy consumption is larger than the other's in the refinery. So it is main trust of energy saving in the refinery. The gas turbine is a common one of the petrochemical's key equipment,the high temperature flue gas which produced on the PCCU process drives acentric or axial flow compressor to work or to provide kinetic energy for the dynamo. And for the long,security,stabillity,efficient to run, there must be a system to monitoring and diagnosis the state of the gas turbine. Judgement the fault site and serious degree. So we can maintenance actively before the problem happening. Provide scientific overhaul, with huge economic significance and social values.This paper briefly introducte the monitoring of the gas turbine's state and specific programs and approach, short-time Fourier transform, wavelet transform and the wigner-ville analyse, and do compare about their charecteristic and the disposing result.
