The geological modeling formation is essential for numerical simulation of ASP flood. The geological model presented in the paper is based on fine reservoir descriptions and has applied FCM modeling software to realize the modeling formation with restricted phase characteristics. The sedimentary phase properties are obtained from numerically sedimentary phase maps and the properties are restricted by grid valuations. The model can precisely reflect different properties of the reservoirs in 3D space. With the phases restricted, the geological modeling formation can not only represent geological sedimentary discipline, but show heterogeneous distributions of geological properties, improving the precise of modeling formation and offering reliable geology base for various parameter fitting of reservoir numerical simulation.Since the studying area is produced by water injection during its initial development period, the history match of water flood is first performed. With numerical calculation and fitting, the development process of the reservoirs is presented, which can be used to judge current distribution regulation of underground oil and gas and to establish modeling base of ASP simulation. The oil and water moving discipline of different sedimentary phases is finely pictured, based on sedimentary phase changes and 10 curves in terms of relative permeability. Because the matching parameters concern oil reserves, water cut, accumulative oil production, daily oil output, the pressure, water cut of single well and etc, the oil and water distributions presented in the model are in excellent agreement with underground distributions of oil and water respectively. In the process of water flood simulation, the conductivities among phase contact boundaries are corrected for the first time, resulting in reservoir characteristics and moving discipline of water and oil can be described, really and objectively. On the basis of water flood simulation, the numerical simulation of ASP flood is conducted. And the simulator has considered many factors, including all kinds of physical and chemical factors appearing in the process of ASP flood, and various boundaries and developing conditions for injection and production. The modeling has thought of the main driving mechanism, interfacial tension declined (synergistic effect), mobility control, chemical agents adsorption drop, and the modeling mechanism can satisfy the needs for the study. The key of the study is to optimize ASP project with the application of ASP simulation software, which is based on the studies on different injection volumes of ASP system, alkaline, surfactant and polymer concentrations and the effects of different injection compounding ways on oil recovery by ASP injection.
