Research Of Synthesis Of Alkylbenzene Sulfonate Anionic Surfactant

The surfactant system of Daqing oilfield ASP is presently ORS-41 produced by US, whose active component is mainly alkylbenzene sulfonate anionic surfactant.It is a specialized surfactant system.Daqing oilfield has passed many years of indoors and precursive mine experiment research.The result shows that ORS-41 produced by US is one of the best surfactant system used in Daqing oilfield ASP.Nowadays domestic surfactant reaches 1000 spieces,but mainly used in such area as light textile industry,daily chemicals,paper making,food and medicine.But surfactant variety used in EOR is very few,and the effect is not ideal. In this paper,the amount range of sulfonate and the composition and distribution of alkyl carbon number are confirmed by correct design of alkylbenzene sulfonate composition.Different carbon number linear alkylbenzene and alkylxylene are designed and synthetised by controlling the alkylation condition,and are used in producing relative alkylbenzene sulfonate.New olefin congruence complex catalyst is developed.Branched chain olefin of more carbon numbers is synthetised applying C9,C12 branched chain olefin congruence arts,and relative alkylbenzene and alkylxylene are further synthetised.Apply known composition alkylbenzene mixture to carry through film sulfonic reaction,to simplify the synthetic arts,by using SO3 as sulfonic agent, and by choosing and controlling the sulfonic condition.The composition of produced sulfonate is certain and controllable.The final prescription can form ultralow interface tension with Daqing crude oil, and the interface tension stably reaches 10-3～10-4mN/m.ASP prescription is formed taking synthetised alkylbenzene sulfonate as basis.Indoors oil drive experiment shows that,according to Daqing Research Institute assess method,the efficiency of oil drive on natural core is higher than 20%.
