As nitrogen compounds in Daqing crude oil are higher, the oxidation stability of base oil is lower for producing heavy lubricating base oil. So it has important significance to produce higher grade lubricating oil by improving oxidation stability of Daqing base oil.A strong acidic denitrifier was synthesized using two kinds of organic acids with different ratio and dissolved in methanol, which was liquid at room temperature, and can be decomposed easily at higher temperature. When it was used in clay processing, a good effect can be attained.The experiment shows that the optimum conditions for No.2 vacuum distillate were the weight of clay≥3% and additive 0.25-0.35% And for Daqing No.3 vacuum dewaxing distillate, the optimum conditions were: the weight of clay was 3%, the weight of additive no less than 0.4%, or clay was 4%, additive no less than 0.25%. The colormetric of defined oil was not increased with the increasing of acidic additive. And the oxidation stability of refined oil could be completely reached the quality standard of base oil. for Daqing No.4 vacuum distillate were additive 0.35% and clay 5%,So it is feasibility to produce high quality basal oil of lubricant and enhance their stability of oxidation by adding acidic additive based on the three original technology. This technology is suitable for light, medium base oil and heavy base oil. At the same time, it can not only greatly improve the oxidation stability of the base oil but also greatly reduce the wastage of clay and to improve the oil yields.
