Hydraulic fracturing technology is an important measure that boosts production of oi1 and gas field. The key factor of success is fracturing fluid performance in fracturing. Now, urgent problem is finding and development fracturing fluid system which is suitable for such reservoirs fracturing for oil filed, because low permeability and strong water sensitive reservoirs are large-scale developed in every giant oilfield. This paper developes a new fracturing fluid system with antiswelling and low filtration for low permeability and strong water sensitive and the problems in the current process of developing in Hailaer oil filed.In terms of fracturing fluid injury reason theory, solid damage, liquid damage, filter cake and concentration of plastic damage reason analysis of fracturing fluid on formation suitable for low permeability and strong water sensitive reservoirs fracturing fluid system is determined, which would has antiswelling, low filtration, fast gel breaking and thermostable et. al. by experiment, electing clay inhibitor densifier fluid loss additive cross linking agent and propping agent. On the base of it above,the optimal formulation was determined which is suitable for low permeability and strong water sensitive reservoirs. It was evaluated referring to SY/T6376-1998. The results show that the fracturing fluid which has such advantages as good themal stability, good shearing stability, low filtration, low injury, good restrainting the inflation of clay material,easy breaking and so on, can be used for hydraulic fracturing of Hailaer oil field with low permeability and strong water sensitive. Field tests showed that this fracturing fluid with antiswelling and low filtration has good proppant carrying capacity, and every targets meet the design requirements throughout the construction process. Success rate of construction is 100%, average proppant concentration is 20.1%, average sand intensity is 3.45m3/m, average flowback rate is 81.5%, average damage rate is below 30%.
