This article elaborates Xujiaweizi deep drilling parameters optimization theory, methods and testing. Because of the geological characteristics of high hardness, strong abrasiveness and the bad drill ability, the drilling speed is low, so as to restrict the advance of drilling technology. Based on the academic research and analysis of geological condition and geological structure, the drilling experiments were carried on, so that the drilling parameters were optimized and the drilling speed was increased.Combining the theoretical achievement and practical experiments, this text demonstrates the rightness of theoretical research with these successful field tests. Aiming at the geological characteristics of Xujiaweizi, we can control and optimize the parameters of well structure, the drill stem parameters, the selection of drill bit, the parameters of drill fluid, and the hydraulic parameters.
