the phenomenon of the moving up of casing happended in the north china oilfield, the reason for this is caused by land subsidence, the moving up of casing of oil well seriously impacts on the life of oil wells and the normal development of oil fields ,in recent years the moving up of casing Trends showed up, because of the irreversibility of land subsidence, once the disaster happened it will be difficult to restore. So controlling the ground subsidence and preventing the moving up of casing has become imperative. This thesis expatiated the reasons of resulting in the ground subsidence and the status quo of the ground subsidence from the whole country's status , according to the actual situation of North China Oilfield it analyzed the mechanism of the moving up of casing through statistics data over the years and numerical simulation of the finite element method, it concluded that land subsidence is mainly due to the transition of groundwater exploitation, the effect on land subsidence by exploitation of oil and gas resources is little, at the bottom of the well, stratum and casing are cemented by concrete and concrete did not damage ,the relative movement did not happen between the stratum and casing so the subsidence of the reservoir will not cause the casing shangcuan . we hoped that we can provide the necessary theoretical basis for controlling ground subsidence, the moving up of casing disaster prevention and mitigation work...
