In this thesis, the study on analytical functions of organic reagents was summarized. The up-to-date category, synthesis, the relationship between chemical construction and performance and application of triazene group chromogenic were summed up. Triazene group chromogenic becomes hotspot-researching direction because of high sensitivity, larger contrast, good stability of complex and high selectivity in determining some heavy metal ions. Recently there many new triazene group chromogenics were synthesized on the basis of diazoaminobenzen's chemical construction, and some of them were used in the daily analysis. So we have one thousand of reasons to believe that triazene group chromogenic will have bright prospect in the future. It was reported that synthesis and characteristics of three new chromogenic reagents: 4',4-biazobenzene-2-dicarboxyl-diazoaminoazobenzen(BADDAB),4-fl…uoro-4'-azobenzene–diazoaminoazobenzen (FADAB ), 2,6-dibromo-4-nitroben…zene-diazoaminoazonitrobenzen (DNBDNA). This three reagents were all the derivatives of diazoaminoazobenzen, and we primary study the synthesis methods in the non-aqueous media and carry through structural identification of the three reagents. The effect of conjugate system and substituted group on the selectivity and sensitivity of the complexs was investigated and fingered out that four phenyl group's reagent has more sensitivity than the three. In this paper, the spectrophotometric application of BBDDAB,FADAB and DNBDNA was investigated in detail. In the presence of non-ionic surfacetant Tritonx-100 and Na2B407-NaOH at the range of pH 9.510.5, BBDDAB formed a stable red complex with Cadmium(Ⅱ)with the molar ratio of 1:2. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 524nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficients of the complex is 1.90×105 L·mol -1·cm-1. Absorbance of the complex obeyed Beer's law in the range of 0–10μg /25mL. In the presence of non-ionic surfacetant Tritonx-100 and Na2B407-NaOH at the range of pH 9.510.5, BBDDAB formed a stable red complex with Nickel(Ⅱ)with the molar ratio of 1:3. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 540nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficients of the complex is 1.56×105 L·mol -1·cm-1. Absorbance of the complex obeyed Beer's law in the range of 0–10μg /25mL. In the presence of non-ionic surfacetant Tritonx-100 and Na2B407-NaOH at the range of pH 10.211, FADAB formed a stable red complex with Cadmium(Ⅱ)with the molar ratio of 1:4. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 524nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficients of the complex is 1.79×105 L·mol - 1·cm-1. Absorbance of the complex obeyed Beer's law in the range of 0–10μg /25mL. In the presence of non-ionic surfacetant Tritonx-100 and Na2B407-NaOH at the range of pH 7.88.5, DNBDNA formed a stable red complex with Copper(Ⅱ)with the molar ratio of 1:2. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 535nm and the minimal absorption wavelength of the complex is at 435nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficients of the complex is 1.174×105 L·mol -1·cm-1 by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry . Absorbance of the complex obeyed Beer's law in the range of 0–10μg /25mL.In this paper , BBDDAB was used as high sensitive reagent for simultaneous determination of trace amounts of Cd(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ). There some chemometrics methods, such as GA-BPANN,Derivative-RBFANN,K-matrix method, were used for analsizing the overlapped absorbable spectrum, and simultaneous determination of trace amounts of Cd(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) was obtained .Although the two complexs had the overlap of the absorbable spectrum, it could simultaneous determination of trace amounts of Cd(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) with the radial basis network and spectrophotometry . BBDDAB can be applied in simultaneous determination of trace amounts of Cd(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) which was from batter company with satisfactory results. This method has better application background and society benefit.
