Molecular distillation technology depends on different mean free paths to realize the separation of different materials. In order to protect the natural quality of material in the maximum extent, molecular distillation technology is used for the separation of high boiling point and thermosensitive materials. Although molecular distillation has been widely used for food, medicine and petrochemical engineering, the study of molecular distillation is not very deep. Therefore, the molecular distillation technology research has an important theoretical value and project value. The components of soybean oil deodorizer distillate are complex, which mainly include free fat acids(FFA), Vitamin E, sterol, triglycerides and diglycerides, monoglycerides, sterol esters and so on. The soybean oil deodorizer distillate is the representative raw materials of lipid and its pre-treatment process is researched in this paper. Deodorizer distillate is the good raw materials of bio-diesel, natural Vitamin E and sterols. In this paper, FFA became into fat acid ethyl esters, sterol crystallization is precipitated at a lower temperature, and then ethyl esters will be distillated by molecular distillation. Because p-toluene sulfonic acid can avoid the corrosion of equipment and the carbonization of materials, it is chosen as catalyst to replace concentrated sulphuric acid. The rate of esterification can achieve 94% in this way. Ultrasound-assisted sterol crystallization can increase the yield, improve the shape of crystal and crystal size.Vitamin E is enriched by grade four molecular distillation, and ethyl esters are removed by the first and second-class. The concentration of Vitamin E is prompted to 42.71% by the third-class distillation. The boiling range of sterol and Vitamin E is closer, so a large number of sterol is contained in Vitamin E. And then, ultrasound-assisted sterol crystallization is adopted. Fourth-class molecular distillation makes it possible increase the concentration of Vitamin E to 75%.
