Metals using for automobile industry as carrier material is more than half a century. But current metal carrier material has many limitations such as poor performance in anti high temperature oxidation, complexity of the molding technics, high cost and so on. foamed metals have characteristics of light weight saving material low cost and simple technics .together nickel- ion-chromium alloy is an anti high temperature material.This article research on the technology of preparation of foamed nickel- ion-chromium alloy by electro-deposition using Polyurethane sponge substrate , Polyurethane foam was dealt by two steps .it gets a ideal result through chemical disposal .comparing with different complex reagents, acetic acid is suitable for electroless nickel in the experiment. the effect of preparation conditions on properties of phosphorus content was also studied. In order to lower the phosphorus content of the electroless nickel .electroless nickel-ion alloy and electric dope using for conductivity disposal are also studied. and find a suitable conductivity way to prepare for foamed nickel- ion-chromium alloyIn the article the effect of current density, bath PH and molar concentration ratio of Cr3+ and Fe2+ on the chromium content in ion-chromium films were studied. after electro-deposition foamed nickel-chromium-ion of uniform structure and wonderful performance was obtained through alloy deposal including burning, reduction sinter.The content of chromium, nickel, ion in the foamed nickel- ion-chromium was analyzed by X-ray Fluorescence (XRF). The skeleton structure of foamed nickel-ion-chromium and its surface were studied by Environment Scanning Electronic Microscope (ESEM). Nickel,ion and chromium distributing was analyzed by Electron Probe Micro-analyzer .The result shows that the content of chromium, nickel, ion was 18 to 20%,8 to18% and 70 to74% respectively and it was uniform in the foamed nickel-ion-chromium. The made-up foamed nickel- ion-chromium in the experiment is a space stretched out, pentagon and polyhedral structure. The skeleton of foamed silver is hollow, open-tubular"thoroughfare"and its entire skeleton is made up by"thoroughfare". There are a lot of dispersal granular tiny bulges on the surface of the skeleton of foamed alloy.
