With China's rapid development of economy and acceleration of urbanization, the river pollution is becoming an increasingly serious problem, it is particular urgently to treat with the polluted river. To the polluted rivers, on the basis of bioreactor, it is necessary to research on biological additive technology with the potential for application to improve the technical feasibility of the bioreactor regulatory.Six kinds of target bacteria which can degrade COD of river sewage were separated and screened from out regarding to dispose the Huxi River sewage of Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the main disposal goal in this paper. Chemistry embedding immobilization technology were systematically studied in this paper. Laboratory simulative experiment indicates that the immobilized products can degraded COD and NH3-N of river sewage efficiently.The main conclusions of the experiment can be summarized as followers:(1)Through preliminary screening and further screening,6 kinds of bacteria, Z3,Z5,1.5,2.5,4.3,14.1, whose enzyme activity are more powerful are screened.(2)An immobilization technique, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) is used for the preparation of immobilized micro-organisms. Various techniques were employed to improve the structural stability of the immobilized solid gel.(3) Put immobilized microorganisms into the SBR reactors with 25% activated sludge, and test them activity in the uniform influent sewage quality conditions. The result of the experiments prove that the reactors with Z5,Z3,4.3 and mixed bacteria immobilized particles on the basis of the activated sludge are more effective to degrade COD than the reactor with the activated sludge alone. The reactors with 14.1,1.5,Z5,mixed bacteria immobilized particles on the basis of the activated sludge are more effective to degrade NH3-N than the reactor with the activated sludge alone.(4) Check the impactive-proof of the immobilized microorganisms in the condition of changing influent sewage quality. The result of the experiments prove that the impactive-proof of the reactors with Z5,Z3,4.3,mixed bacteria immobilized particles on the basis of the activated sludge are more effective than the reactor with the activated sludge alone. In this experiment, the six screened efficient bacterias are maked to immobilized agent successfully, and added to the SBR reactors. The experiment prove that the SBR reactor with the immobilized agent is more effective than the traditional SBR reactor not only in the treatment effect but also in the impactive-proof.
