The metal alloy of TC4 Ti developed from 20 centuries 50's is a kind of middling intensity of Ti metal alloy withα-βtwo characters,which contains 6%αsteady chem-ical element Al and 4%βsteady chemical elementⅤ.The application of voyage,ocean engineering,chemical engineering and the automobile manufacturing become more and more wide.Along with the extensive application of the Ti metal alloy material,the problems in weld become increasingly troubled.The welding method of Ti metal alloy in common use contain the argon arc welding,MIG welding,PAW,EBW,LBW etc. At the same time,in order to guarantee the reliability of the seam,the auto-welding is widely adopted in the world.And the junction of filler material,the protection gas,the welding craft specification parameter,the welding process,the quality control etc.all have the homologous technique request,as well stricter.Because the Ti and metal alloy of Ti have a strong affinity for the oxygen,nitrogen,hydrogen and carbon etc.under the high temperature,they are easily oxidated during the welding process,resulting in hot crack tendency,effecting the welded joint quality.This article stipulates for the research route and technique projects by analyzing the weldability of the Ti and metal alloy of Ti,combining the metal alloy of TC4 Ti used in fact and the true instance of production.The material of 1.5mms and 7mms thickness is confirmed as the content of research.In the welding technology design,we project and manufacture the appropriative technics equipment concerning the E-beam of vacuum weld,emphasizing the question of aim at the 1.5 mms thickness TC4 titanium alloy inconstancy shape,insuring the soldering of the testing sample and the kind piece size.At the same time,we carry on the concrete designs and welding process controls,to the welding junction assembly clamping welding,the welding procedure,the welding craft parameter optimized and controled etc.Exploring the spot to the weld of the sample and the showpiece by X light and testing the machinery performance,it comes to the design request.After welding to the 7 mms thickness TC4 titanium alloy progress,we carried on the craft research of the partial temper with the E-beam of uvauum.Carried on the gold phase organization analyse to the soldering slot of the soldering seamwelding state tie unit temper,partial heat treatment of E-beam after appearance of organization is homo-logy to the E-beam soldering state fundamental of the TC4 titanium alloy-junction, but the soldering sew the grain structure of the zone to is slightly thin turn,partial heat treatment of E-beam after weld the tension of the junction to stretch the mechanics per-formance all high in state of soldering.Excellent the partial craft of heat treatment of E-beam that turn can make the organization mechanics performance of the TC4 titani-um alloy-junction exceed the state of soldering completely.Through this text research,establishing the suitable for 1.5 mms and the 7 mms thick TC4 titanium alloy uvauum E-beam welding craft parameters,after passing to try the board floc test the parameter that establish,used for the welding of the 1.5 mms and the 7 mms thick TC4 titanium alloy kind piece.Weld the welding mass request that the mass comes to a standard and national for use by the military standard in nation,at the same time,through the verification of the capability floc test.The welding craft research of this thesis to the TC4 titanium alloy adoption va-cuum E-beam progress,the research welding of result analyse and establish craft parameter has already used for actual production of the product.The product welding mass comes to a standard and national for use by the military standard in nation,the theory research and experiments of this topic the analyse has the higher engineering appliance value.
