| It is extremely necessary and urgent that the control of water pollution in China's water environment protection and the strategic objectives of sustainable development to small towns. In order to settle the sewage treatment of small town, which is a key issue for sewage treatment technologies and screening identified. It is directly related to the construction funds and operating costs, such as the determination of technical and economic indicators. Often in the decision-making options, there is a comparable problem. Falling water aeration is a good technology ,which could be explored with considerable room for development. This excellent aeration can combine the existing sewage treatment technology to use, there is obvious advantage in programme selection. It has been a long time that our group planned the use of the aeration method , taking into account the oxidation ditch is the more mature and the transformation is facilitate in biological sewage treatment process, can play both on the merits, choose this aeration to further explore oxidation ditch.This paper mainly through the simplification of the combined oxidation ditch, sewage aeration and purification mixture of precipitation separation unit operations, as well as a sludge return pump technology and applied for falling water aeration. We designed a newtype of sewage treatment process: falling water aeration integrated oxidation ditch.The development of this new technology is mainly to meet the needs of sewage treatment technologies in small and medium-sized cities and towns, energy- saving emission reduction and take advantage of the broad masses of the mountains and the hilly topography features, innovative wastewater treatment technology to simplify and reduce operating costs and infrastructure costs.Because the current theory , design methods and practical applications of falling water aeration are rare, the test mainly through the test of model on the basis to obtaining reliable design parameters and experience. We preliminary tested the operating results for real, and provide valuable reference for use in the implementation.We select a few key part of the study:water tests, tests of the solid-liquid separator and sewage tests. Water test phase showed that falling water aeration technology has a good energy saving advantages, and oxygenation capacity to meet high efficiency and power. Tracer tests revealed that the reactor is a typically entirely mixed reactor, ramps fighting between series has pushed flow characteristics. The transformation of the solid-liquid separator is used fluid analysis on sludge return mechanism and the distribution of flow field, which be mainly in the corners of the flow field studies. The sewage testing is in accordance with effluent quality and test conditions for the test status in the impact of different factors in the change.Through the above tests in an attempt to get some basic data and identify projects before the application. The results showed that the treatment of falling water aeration oxidation ditch is stable, reliable, the effluent meet the pollutant discharge standards of town sewage treatment plant, transparent and no smell.Practical experience shows that the falling water aeration oxidation ditch process can be integrated conservation area, using three-dimensional space, with the obvious advantages of lower investment cost and energy consumption, is a new type of biological treatment process.In addition, the technology can be a very good adaptation of the hills and mountain terrain features, reduce project cost, suitable for China's national conditions; which can serve as an independent sewage treatment technology designed to be used.It is a new sewage treatment technology with use future and promoting value. |
