Coal is one of the most important stratagem energy resources,it plays a pivotal function in the development of national economy and the social stabilization.But for the moment the exploitation of coal always take place momentous and virulent security accident for a variety of reasons.Therefore,it is necessary for our country's colliery enterprise to develop a kind of"brainpower distributivity coal-mine gas real time prewarning supervisory system",it can equip our country's large,middle,small colliery which has high gasses or gasses outburst mine.To control the gas going beyond the limit in working face and at atuppercomer in low gas mine,by applying the mensuration of gas parameter and the quantity of gas emission in working face,the quantity of coal gas emission occypies about 26%,the quantity of adjacent coal gas emission occupies about 74%and emitted concentrately at the upper comer. According to the gas pressure,gas coal is very difficult,two kinds of prevention and control methods are putforward,namely,down airiness and letting gas laneway to be used wholly, and gas drainage from the goaf.The experiment showed that the effect of perch bore gas grainage is better then the others have proved it.The article also elaborated the infrared optical fiber damp examination system performance test as well as the methane gas density and the absorption luminous intensity relations and the experimental plan,the laboratory procedure and the experimental result,by which confirms the optical fiber gas examination plan feasibility which this article proposed. The experimental content includes:Optical fiber link loss experiment,the photo source actuation and the phase-lock enlarge,the electric circuit output wave shape experiment. Methane gas absorption signal experiment and system examination sector analysis have been done.In this paper,we contruct the model of forecasting of Gas Emission based on Fractal theory and Support Vector Machine.Firstly the training data should be processed to get the space dimension used as the amount of SVM's node,then we make the forecasting based on SVM.The result show that the precision has come up to above 90%,which presents the model is reliable.This research proposed a general model for methane outbursts.Simulations of outbursts different in intensity are given.The feasibility of outburst prewaring by using the first gradient and second gradient of the methane concentration curve is analyzed,and a prewaring method based on fuzzy mathematics is presented.This method can be used to give triggering signal to the explosion suppressing system at very early stage of outburst.Traditional methods for prediction of coal and gasoutbursts are largely restricted to the complexity of the process.A new prediction method is presented by using artificial neural networks with characteristics of highly non-linearmapping.In this paper,based on analysis on outburst prediction index,the prediction of outburst hazards is conducted by using the BP network model.The example demonstrates that the model can predict coal and gas outbursts with high precision.In this paper,â… combine the support vector machine to the neuralnetwork, which can solve each abuse.This is a innovative attempt.A research and development on application of cutting and pulse loading method is to apply a controlled blasting and cracking technology in a bore hole to have a certain number of cracking along the bore hole.The cracking number is depended on a pressure pulse rising time,a diameter of the bore hole and at ransmission speed of the surrounding medium expansion wave.Base on the introduction of the theory,principle and mechanism of cracking number of the cutting and pulse method,the bore hole cont rolled blasting and cracking technology can be applied to a mine site with an optimum cracking parameter. After a comparison between mine gas pressure,gas flow and other parameters,the result s shown that the bore hole cont rolled blasting and cracking technology can increase the gas emission quantity(or gas drainage rate) about 3 times.In the end,this paper introduces the technique of GPRS and its application in remote data acquisition,and then we analyze the problems existing in the traditional gas monitoring system in the coal mine.Aiming at these problems,we put forward a new thinking and realizing method based on the technique of GPRS.
