Numerical Controlled Electrochemical Machining is a new technology which principle is based on the combination of Electrochemical Machining (ECM) and Numerical Control technology. It not only has the advantage of traditional ECM, but also has the advantage of Numerical Controlled Machining. Through generating motion of simple cathode, It can solve the problems in machining complex-shaped components which are made of high-strength and heat-resistant alloys. Through years of research and testing, this technology has been matured. Based on the previous research, combined with the existing experimental conditions and making full use of the advantages of CNC machining, this paper makes a research on the notch processing of integral impeller with large diameter.In this paper, taking certain NC electrochemical contour evolution machining for integral impeller as an example, it research process by using small journey electrochemical machine for integral large-diameter impeller. Through analysis of the machine's structure and property and the technical requirements of large diameter integral impeller, redesign the new processing location and calculation method of multi-axis linkage parameters for new processing location. This study has greatly shortened the production preparation time and reduce the cost of rebuilding machine, raising the NC-ECM application, to make it more applicable to the development of advanced manufacturing technology, and make better use of the unique advantages.By researching the effect of processing speed on the processing space, studying the shaping law and compensating the error of the processing space, it can increase the accuracy, meanwhile, researching the reason of over-cutting at blade roots and designing the scheme of cutting tool back.Finally, machining experiments are carried out and the results are deeply analyzed. Test results show that the improved technological scheme not only can solve the technological problems, but also can be convenient for application and shorting cost.
