The research of ultrasonic on solution property was a new direction of the rising of ultrasonic technology and foundation of applications in different areas.At present,the research is still under initial stage and many inadequacies are exists. The report shows that many researches are focused on the macro-change and inorganic mix system,such as salt-water system.Therefore,the urgent problems that need to be solved of the effect of ultrasonic on solution property were the establishment of mathematic model based on experimental data and basic theory. The research system could be extended from inorganic system to organic system.In this paper,the solubility change of salt solution under the ultrasonic field with constant temperature was studied from the perspective of thermodynamics. And the mathematic model was established,ln x2Pe- ln x20 = A·exp(-Pw/B) + C·Pw -A(three parameter equation).The NaCl-H2O system was choosed to be a research object which is based on this model.The effect of ultrasonic power on the solubility of NaCl in water was studied under normal pressure,constant temperature(20℃,30℃,40℃) and frequency(20.0kHz).The result shows that the solubility decreased to a minimum value and then increased with the increase of ultrasonic power.The parameter of the model was determined through experiment and the solution thermodynamics model was get under different temperature of the NaCl-H2O system.The result of the model shows good agreement.The solution behavior of inorganic salt of KSCN in the organic solvent of DMF was researched for the rarely research of inorganic salt with organic solvent system and basic research of ultrasonic on new liquid media.The solution behavior of inorganic salt of KSCN in the organic solution of DMF was analysised.The result showed that the solubility decreased first,and then increased with the increase of ultrasonic power under normal pressure,constant temperature(20℃,30℃,40℃) and frequency(20.0kHz),and the dissolution rate speed up significantly.It has the similar result with the NaCl-H2O system.And the KSCN-DMF system has active effect in the extractive distillation of benzene and cyclohexane/n-heptane,the result is very good.A color change phenomenon was observed during the experiment,the color deepened and the coloration time shortened as the addition of ultrasonic field.Meanwhile,the photochromic property was discovered for the novel solvent,the color appeared under the irradiation of nature light and disappeared after heat,and this process was reversible.The analysis by UV,LC-MS and DSC showed that a complex may be generated.
