Research For Optimization Transportation Of Pipeline In Petroleum Pipeline Construction Project

The principle to explain most optimization theory such as "operational research" , "most optimization method" and "matrix theory" to be used in this thesis that integrated characteristic of petroleum pipeline project to totally optimize problems involved in transportation of line pipe and rolling steel plate in petroleum pipeline construction.Through systems analysis for materials transportation flow and related factors in pipeline constriction, with scientific optimization structure and application of theory principle to establish optimization transportation model to achieve the final target that means to use the optimization transportation model in actual project practice and study out possible transportation route of line pipe and rolling steel plate for construction project; to demonstrate feasibility and guarantee program with regard to complete transportation task on schedule required by project; to measure total transportation quantity and transportation cost of project integrate actual and reasonable transportation schedule for line pipe and rolling steel plate; in precondition to guarantee project duration and quality to bring forward transportation plane of line pipe for project as per economic optimization principle; to constitute line pipe transfer plan, recommend place of coating plant, finally achieve the purpose for saving project cost and ensuring project progress.The optimal model researched in this thesis can be divided into two layers in actual project practice: 1. According to present data that collected pre-project and analogy data, through scientific theoretical calculation, compare economic program to provide evidence of strategic decision, therefore to select rolling steel plate and line pipe manufacturer as well as processing batch quantity. 2. As per construction design, construction organization procedure, project duration requirement, order quantity of rolling steel plate and line pipe from homeland and abroad, optimize the program again, finally provide optimal program of line pipe transportation.In pipeline construction, through totally optimization for problems of line pipe transportation, greatly improve the complexion that rely on anciently sample compare method to constitute line pipe transportation plan, transfer station setting plan and coating plant setting plan , therefore a new stage has been achieved in the way of management and economy.
