Former researches of mass transfer of gas-liquid-solid three-phase systems mostly base on stagnant film theory or penetration theory. Considering the relationship between the rotating speed and the enhancement factor, most researches just explain it from the theory, seldom from a mathematical model. In this paper, by using the velocity of small eddy, we established a mass transfer model. The results have a good accordance with the experiment value. Besides, the critical suspending rotating speed is considered for the first time. This could explain well why the experiment value is smaller than the theory value at a low rotating speed. Besides, the paper uses the apparent viscosity to explain why the enhancement factor is not increasing linearly with the solid loading all the time. This paper also brings forward that when the particle size is small, or the mass ratio of the solid particles is very low, the particle size changing is very big, and this could affect the enhancement factor. Besides, by establish the mass transfer model, this paper does some explanation from the theory and the math model.
