Petrochina Fushun Petrochemical Company is our country important catalyst production enterprise, is the domestic only xylene isomerization catalyst Manufacturer. In the production process, this catalyst carrier ---- the high Si-Al ratio ZSM-5 zeolite,the production rate is somewhat low than, which has became a bottleneck in manufacture's benefit. To solve such a problem, this article carried on the research in the new craft research of Synthesizing ZSM-5 zeolite.This article studies in one superelevation concentration system the ZSM-5 zeolite's synthetic method, has fulfilled the synthesis experiment in the industrial device, has carried on the product performance attribute and the product application performance appraisal.In the new method, take the sodium silicate as the silicon source, tetraethyl ammonium bromides is the template reagent, in the crystallization temperature 180~200℃, crystallization time 24~36 hour, the synthesis brings to completion crystallinity >85, the Si-Al ratio to 140~170, specific surface area≥400 ZSM-5 zeolite product. Without changing the equipment and material system,the new method has actualized each kettle improving yield 50~100%, the synthetic product performance attribute result indicated: The product performance totally accords with the ZSM-5 zeolite quality standard completely.Using the ZSM-5 zeolite synthesizing by the new method stated hereby, has produced the SKI xylene isomerization catalyst, has carried on the catalyst performance evaluation, the result revealed that the catalyst capability was corresponded with the present the same kind of products, totally accords with the xylene isomerization catalyst produced and the application request. This article research results decreased the cost of ZSM-5 production, satisfies the industrial application request.
