Soybean processing wastewater possess great proportion in the industrial waste- water. It is difficult to be treat because of its complicated component, high concent- ration and high investments. It has important meaning and wider prospects to the development of environment protection and soybean processing industry and the correlate industry to study the method of soybean processing wastewater treatment and put forward and effective project.The main cnontent of this article is about the industry processing for wastewater which discharge from a soybean processing mill in Loudi City. By the careful investigation of correlated datagram, the particaular analysis about the originates of the waste water, the quality and characteristic of it, as well as the synthetic contrast of correlation processing technology between the domestic soybean processing waste water's processing project and overseas'we use two sections to carry on it. The first section: We use the Anaerobic Baffled Reactor(ABR) for anaerobic treatment. The second section: the Modified Sequencing Batich Reactor(MSBR) for aerobic treatment.There are many benefits about the Anaerobic Baffled Reactor(ABR):the perfec processing effect, the stable movements, taking few places, few sludge which remains in the processing and so on. There are many benefits in the Modified Sequencing Batich Reactor(MSBR) craft, too. Such as: the small investments, the low cost in operating, the nimble movement way, the high efficiency for processing, the good effect in denitrogennation and the elimination of phostphorus. After 3 months'project adjustments, we can know from the approval monitor data that the average elimination rate about the CODcr, BOD5, NH4+-N achieve to 97%, 98% and 80%. The facility processing effect is stable.The water's quality has met the discharge of Integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996) partâ… requirements.The practice proves that the method which we use this combination craft to soybean processing waster water has extremely economic efficiency and the environment benefit.
