The objective of this study is to synthesize nano-particle co-doped TiO2 catalyst using titanium tetrabutoxide by modified sol-gel method and photocatalysis reduction CO2 to methanol,and different content of metal ions(Ag+,Ni2+,Fe3+,Dy3+ and Eu3+) and nonmetal nitrogen co-doped TiO2 was prepared.All samples were characterized by XRD,BET,SEM,TEM and TG/DSC.To research on the relations between the preparation condition and the catalytic effective,and on the main catalytic impact factors,the properties of TiO2 maily including the effectiveness of the catalytic activity,the specific surface area and crystallite size characteristics were examined. The results showed that the particle size was reduced,the specific surface area was increased and the photocatalytic activity was greatly improved.The optimum doped amount of kinds of substances were as followed:N4.0%,Ag+4.0%,Ni2+6%,Fe3+,Dy3+ and Eu3+ 1.0%.This research prepared through a series of co-doped TiO2 nano-modified catalyst and photocatalysis reduction CO2 to methanol.The different yield of the reduction product of methanol under UV in which a series of catalytic materials were compared with,such as Eu-N/TiO2>Ni-N/TiO2>Fe-N/TiO2>N/TiO2>Ag-N/TiO2>TiO2>Dy-N/TiO2.The Eu-N/TiO2 sample has the best catalytic activity,the methanol yield 761.90μmol/g.cat.This article also synthesized the metal ions with non-metallic nitrogen co-doped TiO2 thin films by the modified sol-gel method and photocatalysis reduction CO2 to methanol,and different content of metal ions(Ag+,Fe3+and Eu3+) and nonmetal nitrogen co-doped TiO2 thin films was prepared,samples were characterized by AFM, and UV-Vis.The results showed that photocatalytic activity was greatly improved. The optimum doped amount of kinds of substances were as followed:N 0.5%, Ag+,Fe3+ and Eu3+ 1.0%.This research prepared through a series of co-doped TiO2 thin films and photocatalysis reduction CO2 to methanol.The different yield of the reduction product of methanol under UV in which a series of catalytic materials were compared with,such as Fe-N/TiO2>Eu-N/TiO2>N/TiO2>Ag-N/TiO2>TiO2.The Fe-N/TiO2 thin films have the best catalytic activity,the methanol yield 142.05μmol/cm2.cat.Through screening of the best thin films for photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide response.The article comfirmed that the films and light source distance, reaction time and CO2 gas flow had significant effects on catalytic efficiency.The comprehensive optimum conditions were selected,which were the films and light source distance:4cm,CO2 volume flow:100ml/min,reaction hours:3h.
