| In this research,through the experiment of seeds germination in house and pot culture outside,we analyzed Sb's effects on the biomass,chlorophyl contents,germination ratio and antioxidase system in seeding and maturing phase respectively within four different kinds of vegetables,and soil improvement agent-Calcium magnesium phosphate's effects of four common kinds of vegetables on plant growth,physiological,biochemical and photosynthesis features in environment which was polluted by Sb.Moreover,we detected their Sb absorpting characteristics.The results is followed:1 Sb's effects of four kinds of vegetable on germination ratio,biomass,and chlorophyl content:The germination of vegetable seeds in Sb stress:early germination was higher than contrast in low concentration of Sb(10 mg/L,20 mg/L),but it was lower in high concentration of Sb(40-100 mg/L).However,in advanced stage,the germination decreases as the Sb concentration increases.It was indicated that low concentration of Sb can promote growth,while high concentration of Sb is poisonous to seedlings.2 Sb and soil improvement agent's affects the four kinds of vegetables on photosynthesis features:Chlorophyl contents(SPAD) and net-photosynthetic rate began to rise,but then decreases as continuous increase of Sb cnoncentration.However,stomatal conductance lastingly descended followed by continuous increase of Sb cnoncentration.Proper concentration of soil improvement agent,fused calcium magnesium phosphate,can promote photosynthesis of the four kinds of vegetables,and decreased the poisonous action of Sb.3 Sb and soil improvement agent's affects the four kinds of vegetables on biomass,SOD, POD,and CAT:The inhibition effect on biomass become more and more severely followed by continuous increase of Sb cnoncentration.The heavier the pollution was,more severely the plant growth was inhibited.However,soil improvement agent can effectively relieve the poison action of Sb.Effect tendency on Amaranthus mangostanus L.'s SOD,POD,CAT was in concord with Brassica rapa ssp.Parachinensis.It illuminated that there formed a better antioxidase system in vivo of Amaranthus mangostanus L.and Brassica rapa ssp.Parachinensis.Soil improvement agent released the poison action of Sb,sublimated antireversion force and promoted plant growth. It was indicated that soil improvement agent had outstanding effect when variance analysis of activities of SOD,POD and CAT were made out following different vegetable variaties,methods and Sb concentrations.4 Sb and soil improvement agent affected the enrichment features of Sb on four kinds of vegegables:Sb accumulation concentration in underground parts of plants was higher than in aerial parts,and in Brassica rapa ssp.Parachinensis Sb accumulation concentration was highest. However,tendency of Sb accumulation level lowered when using soil improvement agent.Amaranthus mangostanus L.'s enrichment coefficient was the highest in higher concentration of sb.It was indicated that Amaranthus mangostanus L.can lower the Sb concentration of polluting soil and make Sb become usable.Brassica rapa ssp.Parachinensis's enrichment coefficient was the highest in lower concentration of sb.Moreover,accumulation ability was elevated when using soil improvement agent.Maybe,it is related with big biomass of Brassica rapa ssp.Parachinensis and its accumulation ability. |
