This paper was studied the process of the organic wastewater degradation by the way of nanometer titanium dioxide synergism with ozone and UV.We used three methods include the way of sol,the sol-gel and the hydrolyze way to prepare five group of different nanometer titanium dioxide samples.And then the samples will be used in the degeneration of methyl orange as the catalyst synergism with ozone to find the best catalyst sample through their catalyzed performance,which will be characterize by the means of the TG-DTA,the laser granularity analyzer,the scanning electronic microscope and the X-ray diffraction.Finally,the best catalyst will work together with ozone in the degeneration of the methyl orange,the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),the protein and the fat.Obtains the following conclusion:The best catalyst sampleⅠwas prepares by the way of sal.The degradation efficiency has reached as high as 95%in the 30min on the reaction of methyl orange degradation.The sizing test,the scanning electron microscope and the X-ray diffraction result showed:SampleⅠhas the good dispersion degree,the high chemistry purity,the average grain diameter is 40~50nm.In the synergism of methyl orange degeneration,the best reaction conditions of synergism is that:the reaction time is 30min,the catalyst recruitment is 1g/L,the pH value of the solution is 3,the strength of UV lamp is 60W,the heat treatment temperature of catalyst is 500℃,the influence of the methyl orange degeneration by the temperature not as much as other conditions on the 20℃~40℃.Dynamics findings showed:when the initial density bigger,the time of photochemical catalysis complete degeneration's reaction time longer,the photochemical action corresponded to the first-level dynamic equation.In the synergism of the SDBS,the protein,the fat degeneration,the synergism is more efficient than affects alone.After 13h synergism,the degradation efficiency of SDBS has reached as high as 82.1%,the degradation efficiency of protein is 52.1% after 120min synergism and for the fat is 52.1%after 24h.The result of orthogonal experimental indicated that the most superior technological conditions respectively of the synergism are that:for SDBS,the catalyst recruitment is 1.0 g/L,the illumination time is the 15min,pH value is 3;The protein,the catalyst recruitment is 1.0 g/L,the illumination time is 120min,pH value is 7;The fat,the catalyst recruitment is 1.5 g/L, the illumination time is the 5min,pH value is 11.
