Polymer electrolyte has extensive application promise in chemical power source, electrochromism,photoelectrochemistry and chemical sensor,etc,which is hot spots for scientific researching at present.In particular gel polymer electrolyte has been used for in a variety of high-grade equipmen,but the electrolyte has poor stability and mechanism,dialysis and compatibility issues.Composite polymer electrolyte as a solid polymer electrolyte is expected to replace the liquid electrolyte used in lithium ion batteries,but its low conductivity at room temperature,still lell than the practical application.In order to improve the electrical conductivity of the polymer electrolyte,inorganic acid powder(TiO2 or SiO2) were added to the electrolyte,prepared by nanometer particles/PEO composite polymer electrolyte.Through X-ray diffraction,IR,DSC,SEM,POM,digital microscopes,tensile test and impedance of the electrolyte membrane performance were characterized.A major study of particulate inorganic acid content influences the electrical conductivity of the electrolyte.The results show that acid contents of SiO2 particles effects little on electrical conductivity,and acid contents of TiO2 particles vary directly with electrical conductivity.When acid content is 8 percent,the conductivity of electrolytes reaches 1.83×10-6S/cm at room temperature.For the first time,the liquid crystal ionomer,using its liquid crystal and plasma conductivity,were used in lithium ion battery electrolytes,and prepared by the liquid crystalline ionomer(main chain liquid crystalline ionomer MLCI or side chain liquid crystalline ionomer SLCI)/PEO solid polymer electrolyte,which has not been reported at home and abroad.Through,IR,DSC,SEM,POM,digital microscopes, tensile test and impedance of the electrolyte membrane performance were characterized.A major study of liquid crystalline ionomer influences the electrical conductivity of the electrolyte.The results show that MLCI can increase the crystallization,but it could increase conductivity.The conductivity of electrolytes is after the first rise lower with the MLCI increased,reaching Max 1.15×10-5S/cm at room temperature,when MLCI is content of 3 percent.For the addition of SLCI,it can reduce the crystallization,and the electrical conductivity of the electrolyte reduced with SLCI increased.When SLCI is content of 7 percent,the electrical conductivity of the electrolyte reached 10-8S/cm orders of magnitude.Enhance the use of conductive bonding mechanism and dynamics of the infiltration model,explaining the reason that the crystallization increased,and the conductivity increased.By increasing the spread of the actual coefficient Dσ,it is to increase effective carrier concentration,so as to enhance the conductivity of the polymer electrolyte.
