| Plastic flexible packaging printing plays an important role in the packaging printing industry. As more and more consumers demand high-quality products, studying on image quality detection of flexible packaging printing becomes an urgent and valuable job.The aim of this study is to study a new method of density measurement to get higher accuracy.This paper briefly introduces the development of plastic flexible packaging printing and demands for printing quality, analysizes the flexible packaging printability effect on print quality with experiment . On the base of the accurate analysis of optical properties of plastic film and plastic prints, the traditional method of density measuring is improved to get absolute reflectance,which prepares contrast for next step. Spectrum space description has nothing to do with lighting and observation condition,and has the property of high fidelity.Spectral reflectance is the best and accurate way to describe color.We provide spectral reconstruction based density measurement .The principal component analysis and local kernel ridge regression is employed.Using this method to detect density not only can detect density online and improve the speed of printing, but also control ink and the dot area coverage effectively. At last, this method is proved high-pricision and feasible, and brings a new idea for color difference and image quality detection of flexible packaging printing. |
